Fast-Growing Storage Supplier, DNF, and New Subsidiary, StoneFly, to Leverage Technology Veteran’s Track Record in Leading Tier-One High-Tech Companies

Hayward, Ca. — April 5, 2006— Dynamic Network Factory, Inc., (DNF), a leading maker of high-performance network attached storage, storage area networks (SANs), RAID and iSCSI systems, announced today that technology industry veteran Carl Munio, a former Sun Microsystems executive, has been appointed executive vice president of operations. Munio will oversee infrastructure expansion as the company meets growing worldwide demand for its broad range of storage solutions.

In his new role, Munio is responsible for all aspects of DNF’s production and inventory management, with a focus on making manufacturing excellence a competitive advantage. He will lead operations for DNF as well as StoneFly™, Inc., a DNF wholly owned subsidiary and leading supplier of integrated IP SAN systems.

Munio reports to Mo Tahmasebi, president and CEO of DNF. “Carl’s exceptional tier-one technology industry experience and proven operations skills will enable us to accelerate expansion, particularly in the iSCSI storage arena, where substantial market opportunity exists,” said Tahmasebi. “I’m confident Carl will make significant contributions as we scale globally.”

Munio has spent his entire 35-year career driving the success of leading technology-based organizations, such as Sun Microsystems and Hewlett-Packard, as well as both private and public companies. From 1982 to 1993, he held executive management positions at Sun, playing an instrumental role during the company’s formative high-growth stages. As Sun’s director of operations engineering, he oversaw key design and production responsibilities as the company achieved multi-billion dollar revenues, expanding from approximately 100 to 20,000 employees. Prior to joining Sun, Munio held a variety of management positions during a 12-year tenure at Hewlett-Packard.

Most recently, Munio was vice president of engineering for SBE, Inc., a high-performance networking solutions provider based in San Ramon, Ca. He joined SBE following its 2003 acquisition of workstation and peripherals manufacturer Antares Microsystems, where he served as chief operating officer and chief technical officer over a seven-year period.

“Already strong with advanced storage technology and more than 20,000 customers in a wide variety of industries, DNF is poised for rapid growth as it capitalizes on escalating demand for its custom integrated storage solutions and pioneering IP SAN systems,” said Munio. “I’m looking forward to playing a leadership role in DNF’s continued development, drawing upon my technology and operations experience to position the company to realize its fullest potential.”

DNF recently announced its acquisition of StoneFly Networks, a pioneer in the development of IP SANs and active participant in the advancement of the iSCSI standard that enabled SANs to be deployed using low-cost Ethernet. StoneFly established the web site, www.iSCSI.com, to serve as a resource for those interested in the technology. Headquartered in San Diego, the company now operates under the name StoneFly, Inc. with a directive to expand its line of proven iSCSI storage solutions while leveraging the $34 million in funding it has received to fuel more than five years of ongoing product development.
